I'd just like to extend my thanks to Kelvin Crocker, who has managed to resolve the issue with Workflow Modeller. I have tried Ruth's account and Robin has tried his, both of which have proved successful.

Kelvin not only followed this through to conclusion, but kept myself and our customers informed at pertinent moments.
