Credit Crunch

Having worked in financial services until three years ago I understand
a little about what is going on in the global markets. Boy am I glad
that I am no longer working there. Although I accept that I am not
immune from it's effects at least there is some insulation from the
worst by being employed by HMG. Also people will continue to get ill,
drink too much, crash their cars and beat each other up so I don't see
the requirement for the service I provide dropping by much, if at all.
I'm sure that the drop in drunks cause by there being less disposable
income will be met by an increase in self harm and domestic assault as
debt starts to envelop people. Happy Happy Joy Joy I know but if I'm
kept busy and working the OT then my bills are covered.
