Not Happy

Wondering why exactly it takes more than a week to get told whether or
not he is actually on the paramedic course which starts in exactly 12
days time. After all who really needs to know what they are doing a
week Monday? >:-|

New Rotas

The new rotas have been introduced at work. This now means that for
two half hour periods during a twelve hour shift I will be on break
and not allowed to be interrupted no matter what the emergency nor how
far away the next nearest resource is. This means that Doris could
have a heart attack 200 yards down the road whilst I'm eating my
sandwiches but the ambulance will come from another station. This
could lead to delays in care. Cue more "Paramedic ate his sandwiches
whilst Granny died" stories on the front page of the Daily Mail.
